The compact 60W Encapsulated DC-DC Converter is engineered for demanding industrial, communication, and transportation applications. With an ultra-thin profile of only 11.8mm and a wide 4:1 input range, it delivers reliable, high-efficiency power conversion in harsh or space-limited environments.

Ultra-Wide Input for Versatile Applications

The BE60 series supports ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage ranges of 9–36VDC and 18–75VDC, ensuring seamless compatibility with both 24V and 48V nominal power systems. It delivers regulated single output voltages of 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V, making it an ideal choice for diverse embedded, automation, and communication system designs requiring stable and reliable DC-DC conversion.

High Efficiency in a Low-Profile Package

Achieving up to 93% typical efficiency and consuming just 0.7W at standby, the BE60 maximizes thermal performance in compact enclosures. The fully encapsulated plastic housing provides excellent heat dissipation and mechanical protection, allowing installation in rugged environments or fanless systems.

Full Protection & Global Standards Compliance

Built-in protections include Input Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Output Over Voltage Protection (OVP), Over Current Protection (OCP), and Short Circuit Protection (SCP), ensuring safe and reliable operation. With 1500VDC isolation, EN 55032 Class B EMC compliance, and a wide operating temperature from -40Β°C to +105Β°C (with derating), BE60 meets the global standards for performance and reliability.
