The 1300W semi-potted AC-DC switching power supply designed to deliver up to 1300 W of stable power in a compact 198 x 114 x 41 mm form factor. With output voltages ranging from 12 V to 48 VDC, it is built for high-performance equipment requiring reliable and space-saving power conversion. Despite its smaller footprint, this AC-DC power supply delivers strong, consistent performance, occupying nearly 50 % less volume than conventional 1.5 kW power supplies and offering higher power density for flexible system integration.
Semi-Potted Design for Enhanced Durability
The ARF1300 features a semi-potted structure that enhances mechanical strength, thermal dissipation, and protection against dust and moisture. This rugged design improves reliability in harsh environments and supports both fan and fanless models, offering greater flexibility in thermally constrained systems such as industrial automation, telecom, and data centers.
Compact and Lightweight
Weighing only 1.35 - 1.45 kg, the ARF1300 is engineered for tight-space installations. Its compact 41 mm profile allows efficient integration into rack systems, robotic controllers, or sealed enclosures, maximizing thermal and spatial efficiency without compromising performance.
Multiple Cooling Options
The ARF1300 series supports various cooling configurations, including forced-air cooling, conduction cooling, and natural convection. This enables system designers to select the most suitable thermal solution for their application—whether it's a quiet fanless system or one requiring active airflow.
Safety, Efficiency & Global Compliance
Delivering up to 93% conversion efficiency, the ARF1300 meets global safety standards such as IEC / EN / UL 62368-1. It provides reinforced insulation with 4250VAC isolation and includes comprehensive protections: OVP, OCP, SCP, and OTP. The built-in 5V standby power further increase design flexibility, making ARF1300 a trusted solution for demanding industrial environments.
OVC III Design for Enhanced Safety and Surge Protection
The ARF1300 series is designed to meet Overvoltage Category III (OVC III) requirements, enabling direct connection to industrial power distribution networks without additional isolation components. This high-surge-tolerance design ensures stable performance even in environments subject to electrical transients or voltage spikes.
